As a certified ITIL professional, I have partnered with Invensis Learning to teach the 7 steps to continual service improvement. After seeing the success of my Risk Management for Project Managers webinar, Invensis Learning selected me to kick off its ITIL series. I taught the seven steps to continual service management. CSI is an important stage because IT service management is not static. ITSM is dynamic because customer preferences change. They may want new features and your company has to deliver.
