Has Acquired Traffic Leads From (Other) And Email Categories

www.carlarjenkins.com has been acquiring and expanding more traffic leads beyond organic, direct and social media. In between June 16 – July 15, 2022, www.carlarjenkins.com has also generated traffic leads from (other) and email.

Google Analytics puts RSS and instant messaging apps under the (other) category. I believe that I have over 200 RSS subscribers (You can subscribe to www.carlarjenkins.com RSS feed here). Zalo, an Asian instant messaging app, also is connected to my site. Since my foci are IT and cloud computing, www.carlarjenkins.com would have a lot of readers in that region.

The email category contains my Curated by Carla Twitter newsletter. Twitter lets you connect your Revue (now Twitter Write) newsletter to Google Analytics. As a newsletter writer, this is a great way to track open and click rates to see what content resonates with your readers.

I want you the reader to understand the importance of linking Google Analytics to your website and other content pieces such as newsletters. Furthermore, with Google Analytics you get to track all of your leads. In this situation, in between June 16, 2022 through July 15, 2022, my site’s traffic leads have gone from the standard 4 (organic, direct, referral and social media) to adding (other) and email. Routinely check your Google Analytics traffic leads to see where your readers are coming from.
