I Have 75 YouTube Subscribers!

posted in: Uncategorized | 2

Hey everyone! I am so happy that I have received 75 YouTube subscribers because I love video and communicating through this medium. I am honest that getting subscribers have been harder on this platform than others. That’s why I am so grateful for all of them. I am also 75% of the way towards 100. When I get 100, I get my own personalized URL. I cannot wait to reach that milestone so I have devised a strategy to ensure that I get there ASAP!

Start looking at my analytics

I have noticed that my most watched videos are ITIL and project management. They are also older videos so viewers see my content as reference material. I have always prided myself on producing actionable, evergreen content; and my YouTube analytics show this. As a certified PMP and ITIL, my heart is so full because it shows that people value my expertise. I will continue of my work through Project Management Mondays Live (PMM Live).

Increased my consistency

I will deliver at least 1 video per week. There have been weeks where I have not uploaded videos. I will keep posting videos to gain interest.

Improve my keywords

Some of my keywords aren’t ranking high. YouTube is a search engine and I want people to find me. I use TubeBuddy.

Increase blog promotion

I haven’t promoted my YouTube on my blog and social media. I will start a new series, This Week in YouTube.

YouTube is a very tough nut to crack. I am started getting momentum so I am very happy about sustaining it. I cannot wait until I get to 100 then I will be able to get a personalized URL.
