Happy Monday everyone! I have a very big announcement that I have been keeping to myself for the past week: I have passed the ITIL 4 Create, Deliver and Support certification exam. This allows me to teach ITIL 4 Foundation courses. I have been very big about how many career opportunities I have had from receiving my ITIL certification.
