Project Management Applied : From Initiating to Closing

I​ ​am​ ​a​ ​certified​ ​Project​ ​Management​ ​Professional​ ​(PMP)​ ​with​ ​over​ ​10​ ​years’​ ​project 
management​ ​experience​ ​in​ ​both​ ​the​ ​private​ ​and​ ​public​ ​sectors.​ ​Project​ ​management​ ​can​ ​be 
daunting​ ​but​ ​I​ ​have​ ​the​ ​verbal​ ​and​ ​interpersonal​ ​communication​ ​skills​ ​to​ ​break​ ​down​ ​concepts 
into​ ​manageable​ ​pieces​ ​that​ ​people​ ​understand.​ ​Project​ ​management​ ​has​ ​five​ ​domains: 
initiating,​ ​planning,​ ​executing,​ ​monitoring​ ​and​ ​controlling​ ​and​ ​closing.​ ​In​ ​this​ ​video,​ ​I​ ​apply 
project​ ​management​ ​and​ ​how​ ​I​ ​manage​ ​projects​ ​throughout​ ​these​ ​domains.
