This Week In AWS Community: Studying for SysOps

posted in: Uncategorized | 0

Hey everybody! I am back with an all-new installment. This week I am studying to pass my AWS SysOps c-01 exam before it expires. It has been very hard since for nearly 1 year I have been over studying and passing Microsoft Azure certifications (Hey Microsoft was offering free exam vouchers upon completing its monthly Cloud Skills Challenge!). However, I have made progress with my passing the Whizlabs free practice test retake.

SysOps has gone all the way back to my Ohio Means Jobs AWS training in August 2019. Yes, it has been that long but things happen. However, I am back to passing it.

But enough about me! Below are the resources that I am using to pass my AWS SysOps exam (and these companies also have C-02 resources too!)

SysOps Resources

AWS official SysOps practice exam on PearsonVUE – I got to know the interface and the feel of the actual exam which is why I paid the $20 to sit for the practice exam.

AWS official exam readiness (2 Hour) – there are two exam readiness online trainings for SysOps. The 2-hour one is the more recent. It has helped me learn new services.

Tutorials Dojo portal – The actual company portal not just the Udemy practice exams. The portal also has several free AWS courses that have helped remove the rust of my skills.

Whizlabs – has both versions. I truly appreciate this since most people have migrated over to C-02.

TestPrepTraining – this is one of my go to resources ever since my passing AI-900 Azure AI Fundamentals. As of this publication date (7/23/2021), it is still offering 30% off its practice exams

This Week In AWS Community is a series to take you behind the scenes of a high-profile cloud computing volunteer program. Certification training is part of the cloud journey especially since the goal is to become more proficient in AWS. I want to share these resources.

Until next time…
